This position will remain open and filled as needed. Job Duties: Incorporates a variety of teaching methods and materials to assist students with differing educational experiences, experiential backgrounds, and learning styles to assist them in meeting course competencies. Evaluates students’ progress toward stated course competencies and informs them of their progress in a timely manner. Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate hours in History from an accredited institution. The successful candidate will demonstrate knowledge, experience, or evidence of a commitment to inclusivity, and excellence in teaching methodologies that effectively engage our diverse student population. The candidate should have experience with instructional technologies, including presentation software and learning management systems (i.e., Blackboard). Candidates should also demonstrate proficiency with technology, as well as written, verbal, and interpersonal communication. • Lead end-to-end accounting and finance projects, including process redesign, system implementations (e.g., ERP, consolidation, reporting), and operational improvements • Review existing Accounting Technology Stack and recommend new functionality and tools, including the utilization of AI/Claude to improve the efficiency of current processes • Drive standardization and optimization of accounting processes (e.g., close, reconciliations, reporting) among multiple entities and geographies • Support mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures through accounting integration and process alignment • Assist with monthly and quarterly month-end close items and reports

• Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, internal & external communications. • Assist with basic accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, expense tracking, & reconciling financial records, etc. • Assist in payroll administration, ensuring accurate & timely processing of payroll information. • Support accounts payable & accounts receivable activities, including issuing invoices, tracking payments, & following up on outstanding payments. • Assist with financial reporting tasks, such as preparing financial statements & generating basic financial reports. • Assist in budgeting & forecasting processes, providing support in data gathering & analysis. • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information & company records.

What you will do • Lead the execution of the monthly financial close process including review of journal entries, oversight of account reconciliations, and review of account fluctuations from historical actuals and forecast • Prepare financial information for consolidation into overall GVR and Vontier results • Lead the successful completion of internal/external audits and SOX compliance • Lead the implementation and maintenance of internal financial controls, procedures, and remediation plans • Partner with other GVR team members to ensure all processes are appropriately documented and accounting policies and procedures are followed • Proactively seek opportunities to improve financial performance through reduced business expense, improved cash flow, and near & mid-term business decisions. • Drive a myriad of process improvement initiatives focused on the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting function at GVR by eliminating lower value, manual processes through simplification and root cause investigation • Develop and coach junior team members • Liaise with other functions to grow accounting mind share with key stakeholders and find resolutions beneficial for both the business and the accounting operations • Lead ASC606 deferred revenue review and recognition Who You Are • Accounting (or finance) undergraduate degree; CPA required • Minimum of 5 years accounting experience preferred, ideally in a manufacturing environment. • Experience managing 3-5 direct reports • Ability to understand balance sheet accounts, their relationship with the P&L and business activities to ensure that accounting transactions comply with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Proven professional with understanding of accounting theory, current accounting issues, and accounting systems. Experience with SAAS a plus • Hands on experience with SOX including documentation of control structures and assessing design and operating effectiveness of controls • Demonstrated success coaching and mentoring team members for career growth • Working knowledge of consolidation and management reporting systems including process flows of ERP systems • Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively within all levels of the Company including those outside of the accounting function. • A proven track record in managing projects, meeting deadlines, and working collaboratively as part of a team • Experience and comfort being the primary contact for external auditors; able to interpret requests and provide deliverables to ensure an efficient audit • Demonstrated leadership capability and a strong desire to advance in your career through stretch assignments and personal growth • Understanding of lean manufacturing principles or six sigma (DMIAC) a plus The base compensation range for this position is $125,000-$140,000 per annum.
