Vevo is seeking a Data Analyst to join our Data Department, supporting multiple internal departments by transforming revenue data into actionable insights that drive informed business decisions. This Data Analyst will sit within the Data Analytics team at Vevo, responsible for analytics projects with stakeholders across the company, including content & programming, ad sales, and business development. The ideal candidate will have the ability to automate reporting, build scalable dashboards in Looker, and deliver clear analyses that translate complex data into insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders . In this role, the analyst will integrate various sources of data together and identify key findings to better the business. As a member of the team, you will - Develop deep analyses answering complex business questions using SQL, Looker, Python, and other tools - Develop and maintain Looker dashboards and recurring reports for our partners. - Create concise data points, trends and measurement strategies to a broad audience of both technical and non-technical teams. - Collaborate with business teams to develop reporting and assist in ad hoc requests - Build robust data visualizations and interactive dashboards that are capable of delivering information in an intelligent and digestible manner - Bring forward insights, results, and suggest optimizations to improve said results - Assist in developing workflows for data aggregation, and harmonization from multiple endpoints into one single system. - Establish QA protocols to ensure accuracy, completeness, or inconsistencies within various data sources. Title : Research Data Analyst 1 Location: Stanford United States Job Description: The Department of Pediatrics, Division of Rheumatology is seeking a Research Data Analyst 1 to manage and analyze large amounts of information, typically technical or scientific in nature, under the direction of project researchers, investigators, and/or managers. This position will support the Immune Behavioral Health/ Pediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome (PANS) Research program. The ideal candidate will have master's level training in biostatistics, computer/data science (coding), or epidemiology. This position will work alongside our team's epidemiologist and clinical data manager, and primarily be responsible for managing and harmonizing several databases (across surveys and our biobank). They will also contribute to specimen selections per criteria, clinical research analyses, table/figure development, and publications (using epidemiologic study designs, including regression techniques); authorship opportunities may be available. Required qualifications include someone who is highly proficient in at least one of the following: R, SAS, Python, SQL, Java, and/or Rust, Code annotation, change control, and has demonstrated experience using the REDCap data collection software platform. We are seeking someone who has a strong interest in research and clinical medicine, particularly in post-infectious neuropsychiatric conditions, and is willing to work across our clinical, basic science and research teams. What you'll do in this role - Vendor Invoicing, Reconciliation & Expense Reporting: Oversee daily invoice intake and workflow management. Review monthly vendor invoices and audit charges for adherence to contracted rates and terms. Perform billing reconciliation; identify discrepancies, calculate deductions/adjustments, and determine final amounts due.
