Help select and manage vendors where necessary. - Maintain a comprehensive content calendar for websites and digital properties. - Oversee junior team members. - Understand compliance responsibilities with respect to content and design review and takes steps to assure that projects are appropriately reviewed and approved. - Maintain accurate project records and document metrics against the critical success factors and keep the team informed. - Complete post project team reviews and analysis. Periodically survey (informally or formally) internal and external users on what is working, what isn’t and to develop enhancements. - Pursue and analyze internal client feedback, market research, and other strategic input and assure its communication to all team members and to the client(s). - Assist in research to draft plans and proposals to reflect the agreed-upon department and team goals and strategies, budget parameters, etc., including adhering to and managing project budgets. - Research and test new technologies as appropriate. - Ensure that brand standards are employed across digital outputs.
