Cloud Security Architect

Role Description WWT is seeking strategic and hands-on Cloud Security Architect to drive cloud security posture, and operational efficiency across our cloud environments. Key Responsibilities - Conducts risk assessment and provides recommendations for application design for cloud based solutions. - Analyzes and defines security requirements within a cloud environment. - Supports developing solutions that meet cloud network security requirements along with integration and implementation of the network security solution. - Performs vulnerability/risk analyses of cloud infrastructure and tenant applications during all phases of the system development lifecycle. - Acts as a technical point of escalation. Qualifications - At least 4 years of experience. - Bachelor’s in computer security or related field degree with at least 10 years of experience. - Active DoD Secret Clearance. - IAT-2 Certification. - Cloud Architect Certifications (Google Cloud preferred, or AWS and Azure). - Extensive hands-on experience with Google cloud or AWS and Azure. - GCP experience and coding experience in C and Angular + API experience. Requirements - This is a full-time direct hire position and requires a minimum of a Secret Clearance. - We are not able to offer visa sponsorship, 1099 status, or work with C2C for this role.
