The yet-to-be-announced platform will encompass Time and Attendance, Position Description management, Performance Management, Employee/Manager/HR Self-Service, and an Enterprise Business Intelligence capability. The solution will be compliant with federal cybersecurity, records management, and accessibility standards, to improve system performance, user satisfaction, and long-term sustainability of HR services. This role is critical for assisting HHS in the consolidation and migration of their existing data into the new platform and optimizing HCM applications and processes that support essential administrative and operational functions across the department. The ideal candidate combines strong technical development skills with an understanding of federal government systems and requirements. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
