Regional Outside Sales Representative
Mason Private Locating
• Collaborate with the Executive team to create and execute a strategic sales plan to capture new business in the Chicago and surrounding areas. • Identify and establish strong relationships with potential clients in the construction and utility sectors. • Promote and sell Mason Private Locating’s utility locating services, focusing on construction and related projects. • Manage a sales pipeline from initial contact to closing, ensuring consistent follow-up and progress. • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. • Work closely with the operations and support teams to ensure successful project delivery and smooth client experiences. • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and progress in the CRM system. • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge and continuously adjust sales strategies.
Job Requirements
- A “hunter” mentality with a passion for sales, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong drive to achieve goals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized with a strong attention to detail; able to work independently but also collaborate with a team.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, with a track record of developing new business in a competitive market.
- Experience in selling services, particularly in the construction, utility, or related sectors, is preferred.
- Previous experience in utility locating, construction services, or materials sales is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for site visits and client meetings. Overnight stays will be required.

Role Description LeafLink seeks a results-driven Account Executive specializing in banking solutions for cannabis operators. In this role, you will be instrumental in growing our suite of financial services, building relationships with cannabis businesses to support their scaling efforts in a highly regulated industry. You will focus on strategic, high-revenue cannabis clients, providing customized solutions that address their unique financial needs. Success in this role requires sales expertise, a strong understanding of the cannabis and financial services industries, and a collaborative approach with cross-functional teams. What You’ll Be Doing - Build relationships with Director, VP, and C-level financial executives and other senior decision makers across cannabis retailers. - Maximize customer adoption and revenue potential of LeafLink’s suite of financial products and services. - Stay updated on trends and regulations in both the cannabis and financial services sectors to proactively address client challenges. - Identify pain points related to cannabis banking, compliance, and financial management, offering tailored banking solutions that add value. - Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and difficult partner conversations. - Develop pitch narratives that scale across our banking team. - Work closely with product, compliance, and relationship management teams to deliver top-notch service and satisfaction to clients. - Be the voice of the customer to help shape future cannabis banking product roadmaps and improvements.
