Training Manager
MarketStar
• Execute versus a monthly/quarterly target in the small to medium enterprise segment • Delivers new hire training to onboarding sales representatives via in-person, virtual video based, one-on-one, and group sessions across international regions • Manage and iterate training content using various design platforms • Proactively identifies challenges and issues faced by managers and front-line employees where training processes/content could be improved • Strategizes with sales managers to address training needs and areas of opportunity • Provides feedback on trainee performance and growth • Works with cross-functional stakeholders, both internal and external clients to achieve program initiatives • Pivot training delivery based on feedback from internal and external clients • Perform other related duties as assigned • Use an LMS to enroll learners, track learning paths and training progress
Job Requirements
- Background in corporate or sales training
- Ability to adapt delivery to adult learning styles
- Direct, B2B, chat, or tele-sales experience required, previous cloud solution experience preferred
- Internal applicants must be exceeding metrics in current position
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Maintain positive and energetic demeanor to promote learner engagement
- Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google products (Gmail, Forms, Sheets, etc.)
- Results oriented with the ability to motivate others and drive performance
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment; adjusting priorities as needed
