Sales Representative
Breg
• Be highly accountable for meeting or exceeding sales quotas and objectives in assigned territory. • Builds relationships with customers to truly understand their business and align needs to our solutions. • Understands customer challenges and offers solutions from Breg’s portfolio of products and services to improve the quality and lower the cost of the orthopedic episode. • Provides product expertise and instruction. • Has accountability for selling, planning, organizing, and implementing account management activities. • Travels extensively throughout the assigned territory, overnights may be required. • Measures and fits patients with Breg products, completes paperwork required for insurance billing and treats Protected Health Information (PHI) with the strictest confidentiality in accordance with HIPPA standards. • Identifies and assesses future accounts and opportunities. • Prepares weekly reports on travel (mileage) and other approved expenses, keeps updated expense account information on Breg’s expense reporting tools. • Attends trade shows, customer training events, and other in territory events to support Breg’s sales and service.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, marketing or science field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of proven success in a medical sales role where contacts with physicians, hospitals and other medical providers were a regular occurrence is highly preferred.
- Experience with sales in orthopedic, sports medicine or surgical markets is highly preferred.
- Computer proficient to include web browser/internet search, MS Outlook, Word, Excel capabilities.
- Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and systems.
- Previous utilization of a Customer Relations Management (CRM) system is highly preferred.

Claim our floor space • Marketplace Development & Admin (~10%) • Keep pulse on local consumer & competitor trends, and leverage insights to identify incremental distribution opportunities and new storytelling angles • Leverage your excellent time management skills to plan out work, including office time to appropriately manage business systems and CRM resources on a weekly basis
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to attract, train, and mentor the current staff of loan officers at Luminate Bank • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing brokers and financial institutions to expand business opportunities and increase sales volume • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that highlight the benefits of our services • Organize and host educational webinars, seminars, and events to enhance partner knowledge and engagement in reverse mortgages • Monitor sales performance metrics and work towards achieving individual and team sales goals • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies while managing partner relationships • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and partner feedback to the Division Director
