• Manage all aspects of SBA customer relationships, including business development, risk management, operations, underwriting, and relationship management. • Originate SBA loans, equipment leasing, and ABL financing for small businesses nationwide. • Develop relationships with customers and brokers. • Generate leads through networking and referrals. • Expand market penetration and promote the bank's lending philosophy. • Develop marketing and sales strategies. • Manage loan applications, underwriting, and credit presentations. • Identify credit opportunities and provide funding solutions. • Coordinate loan funding and achieve annual production goals. • Utilize Salesforce and other origination systems.

• Prospect and acquire new Enterprise (Fortune 1000) and Mid-Market clients. • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to onboarding. • Achieve assigned sales targets. • Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and clients.
