Shift Runner, Assistant Manager

• Assumes the responsibilities of the Campaign Manager during designated shifts • Manages and supervises campaign calling staff during designated shifts • Arrives early to prepare and present sales/success meetings • Takes attendance and distributes leads • Coaches and motivates phone reps • Enforces proper phone room rules and etiquette • Checks all transactions for quality control • Keeps track of revenue raised per employee • Closes the shift in a timely and thorough fashion • Assists in hiring, training, and/or disciplining calling staff • Produces timely and accurate campaign reports • Provides accurate transactions to the client's box office and/or development office • Assists with data entry of employee information, attendance, sales, and gift data, • Follows and enforces DCM's company policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- Experience as a caller on one or more campaigns
- Ability to manage and supervise campaign calling staff
- Strong coaching and motivational skills
- Ability to produce timely and accurate campaign reports
- Experience with data entry into internal databases

Revise and update the care plan as needed in collaboration with the beneficiary and the health care team. • Initiate care conferences with Medical Director and/or the multidisciplinary care team to discuss challenging beneficiary cases and obtain expert clinical opinion or consultation. • Serve as beneficiary advocate by promoting self-determination, informed and shared decision-making, autonomy, and self-advocacy for beneficiaries. Empower beneficiaries by providing education and support to reinforce self-care management, facilitate access to care, and promote optimal health outcomes. • Identify relevant benefit-related, educational, and health care resources for beneficiaries. Facilitate coordination of care with existing community-based programs and services to meet the identified needs of the beneficiary. • Demonstrate and apply knowledge of the philosophy/principles of comprehensive case management, patient-centered, culturally sensitive care coordination, and management of complex conditions throughout the case management process. • Collaborate with beneficiaries and their support system/caregivers, providers, the multi-disciplinary team, and health care and community resources throughout the case management process. • Be familiar with and understand the scope of professional licensure and carry out case management activities consistent with the scope of this licensure. • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to build and maintain case management competencies, including evidence-based practices that promote positive health outcomes and cost-effective care. • Maintain CEUs as required by applicable State Board(s) of Nursing and required certifications. • Run working sessions with customer schedulers/PMs to clarify scope boundaries, sequencing intent, and schedule structure required for reliable reporting • Ensure mapping quality meets standards; review edge cases, guide resolution, and mentor LATAM/India resources through complex scenarios • Translate schedule behavior into clear insights: critical path drivers, schedule risk, logic gaps, unrealistic constraints, and mitigation levers, packaged for customer-facing teams • Coordinate with VDC/BIM, Delivery, Product, and Ops to resolve integration issues and improve repeatability across customers • Visit customer sites as needed to accelerate alignment, validate sequencing assumptions, and build trust with field and scheduling stakeholders
