• Responsible for tracking and driving the allocation of resources for over 100 employees in a complex organization • Driving scheduling process • Consistent coordination of resources with the leadership team and national scheduling organization • Proposing project teams by matching availability and employee skillsets to appropriate projects • Weekly monitoring and follow up on unassigned resources • Proactive and frequent communication with Partner team • Time off approvals and monitoring • Monitor team utilization • Cross Service Line coordination • Escalating issues appropriately to National Scheduling Partner/Director • Resource Coordination • Building PowerPoint deck for weekly leadership call • Active participation in weekly leadership calls, capturing notes and reflecting resulting changes in OpenAir scheduling system • Weekly 1:1 Partner meetings • Follow-up on outstanding resource requests • Assignments for unassigned resources • Working as part of a national scheduling organization to drive utilization and help meet client needs firmwide • Assist in driving maintenance of skills database and updated bios for all employees • Develop career skills of our professionals by putting them on projects that match current skills or increase knowledge and broaden skillsets • Stay connected to the team to understand desired experiences • Weekly and monthly reports and analysis to Partner team to assist in driving business decisions • Identify new analysis needed as business needs change • Ensure accuracy of data in OpenAir scheduling system • Work with Finance and IT teams to automate Tableau reports, as needed

• Work in a team environment on Coupa related projects including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support, and other special projects • Meet with business leaders, decision makers and end users to define business requirements and systems goals. • Document and develop business processes flows, requirements, and design • Configure Coupa end to end including platform set up, approval workflows, custom fields, roles/permissions, ERP integrations, reports, dashboards, etc. • Identify test criteria and test new functionality/enhancements • Provide training to end users • Assist with preparation of the project status report, project timeline and project budget
• Manage and lead Connor Group systems & NetSuite related projects • Ensure projects’ accomplishment of desired scope, timeline and quality • Project manage NetSuite projects across all phases • Demonstrate functional knowledge of NetSuite and analyze effectiveness of business operations • Drive process improvement initiatives with clients • Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring to project team members • Participate in client business development activities
• Manage and lead Coupa related projects, including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, and other procurement related projects. • Ensure projects’ accomplishment of desired scope, budget timeline and quality and follow Connor Group defined best practices and approaches. • Project manage multiple Coupa projects across all phases, including scoping, planning, resource scheduling, risk management, stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration. • Demonstrate deep expertise of Coupa and ability to analyze the effectiveness of business operations and identify opportunities for improvement. • Drive process improvement initiatives, by working with the client and Connor Group teams to articulate the problem statement, analyze processes/data, identify solutions and alternatives and coordinate alignment. • Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring to project team members. • Participate in client business development activities including client meetings, preparation of proposals, statements of work and development of project estimates.
• Work in a team environment on NetSuite related projects including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support, and other special projects • Meet with business leaders, decision makers and end users to define business requirements and systems goals • Document and develop business processes flows, requirements and design • Create, customize, and manage NetSuite fields, workflows, roles/permissions, custom objects, custom records, scripts, reports, saved searches, dashboards, etc. • Identify test criteria and test new functionality/enhancements • Provide training to end users • Assist with preparation of the project status report, project timeline and project budget
• Working with internal business partners and external vendors to design, build, and deliver solutions that bring value to our corporate team and professionals. • Configure and maintain business processes, workflows, security roles, and domains. • Manage Workday biannual releases, including regression testing and deployment. • Manage and monitor integrations with payroll, benefits, L&D, HR, and finance. • Support EIBs, Core Connectors, and vendor integrations. • Build and maintain standard and ad hoc Workday reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy. • Provide Tier 2/3 Workday support for HR and business users. • Develop documentation, job aids, and training materials. • Partner with Operations to support system adoption and change management. • Plan and prioritize work across multiple projects, and communicate priority to relevant stakeholders. • Communicate with leadership regarding status, risks, and recommendations for current projects. • Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, work tasks, and acceptance criteria.
