The position supports industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects requiring temporary access solutions. Responsibilities - Manage scaffolding and access system projects from preconstruction through completion across multiple East Coast locations - Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and site supervisors to ensure safe and efficient project execution - Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans across multiple active jobs - Oversee material logistics, equipment allocation, and mobilization/demobilization planning - Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, safety protocols, and site-specific requirements - Review project drawings, site conditions, and scope requirements to support accurate execution - Track project performance, costs, and progress while identifying risks and implementing solutions - Manage project documentation including RFIs, change orders, daily reports, and client updates - Communicate regularly with clients, field teams, and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment - Travel to job sites as needed to support project oversight, issue resolution, and team coordination
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in scaffolding, industrial services, or construction project management
- Strong understanding of scaffolding systems, temporary access solutions, and jobsite safety requirements
- Experience managing multi-site or regional construction projects with travel responsibilities
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety compliance in industrial or commercial environments
- Ability to read construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications
- Experience with project management tools, scheduling software, and cost tracking systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate field and office teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
