Role Description Eastern Standard Real Estate Partners is looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join us as a Project Coordinator. This position is a great opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of experience or a highly motivated individual seeking an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who has a keen interest in Real Estate and/or Construction to support our Residential Construction, Property Management, and Home Services operations in the Greater Boston Area. This is a remote role based out of Quito, Ecuador, open through Verndale. The selected candidate will work exclusively in support of Eastern Standard Real Estate Partners’ operations. As a Project Coordinator, you will play an integral role in supporting the day-to-day operations and helping us scale our business. Responsibilities - Operations Management: - Residential Construction: Keep project information up to date, follow up on updates, changes, and timelines using specialized software for construction projects. - Property Management: Support tenant relations, rent collection, and home fixes. You will receive training on the property management software used to keep all accounts up to date. - Home Services: Coordinate service requests for clients enrolled in a home services subscription. You will help manage incoming tickets, follow up on progress, and coordinate subcontractors to ensure home issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. - Account Management: You will be responsible for handling client accounts, keeping information up to date, making sure their needs are met, and their expectations exceeded. - Reporting: Prepare and present status reports on a regular basis to keep everyone updated on project progress. - Daily Operations: Assist with the daily operations of the business, including coordination and execution of tasks, tracking initiatives’ progress, and managing schedules. - Financial and Accounting Support: Assist with booking transactions, maintaining accounts, and preparing reports to support accurate financial tracking and efficient business operations. - Business Scaling: Actively participate in initiatives aimed at scaling the operations of the business, including planning, process optimization, and resource allocation.
