This position offers tremendous growth and experience opportunities as you will be exposed to multiple M&A projects within financial institutions. This role will participate in system assessments, technology due diligence, integration planning, and implementation across core banking systems, infrastructure, data platforms, and digital channels. You will partner closely with M&A program leadership, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure seamless and secure technology integration while maintaining regulatory compliance. An ideal candidate will have a strong background in Merger & Acquisition processes, data mapping and systems design with multiple large financial services clients. This is a Remote, Full-Time position with the possibility of some travel. Key Responsibilities - Process Design and Documentation laying out new technical processes based on system capabilities and functionality. - Creating M&A Playbooks for the engagement and workstreams across the bank to ensure all process steps, dependencies and interdependencies across systems for the conversion are addressed. - Design dashboards to ensure appropriate monitoring and reporting. - Prepare documentation to outline roles and responsibilities in mock / dress rehearsal conversion implementation activities. - Document the bank associate conversion support plan, timeline and dependencies outlining the resources and skill sets required to provide the proper level of support.
