Overview The Sales Enablement Specialist II is a contributor to all areas of Enablement. This position works on projects that impact Enablement within the department. This position will also have a hand in tracking success metrics for these projects and using data to help make future changes/decisions. Responsibilities - Key player in introducing new Sales Enablement projects and initiatives to the broader Sales Team. - Work with Senior Enablement Leadership to create and build onboarding and continuing education content. - Review content on an ongoing basis to ensure it is relevant. - Help design, build, and update RFP templates, assist with review and finalization as needed. - Cross-train and assist with day-to-day management of the Enablement Tech Stack, as necessary. - Performance data management and tracking New Hire 1X1 Salesforce training. - Monitor SalesHelp Mailbox. - Other projects as assigned. Qualifications - 2 years relevant experience or an associate degree and 1-year relevant experience Sales and Multifamily Industry Experience. - Basic Tech Stack Knowledge, CRM, LMS, CMS Experience in Training design.
