R1 RCM
• Oversee the deployment and implementation of the Entri Product Suite • Engage with the client, hospital operations and applications/infrastructure teams • Design, build, and implement patient and user experience solutions • Assist with upholding standard workflows and create educational materials • Hold all stakeholders accountable in the delivery of the solution • Identify subject matter experts to solve potential obstacles • Meet project deadlines and resolve any issues that impact delivery • Propose new opportunities for efficiencies, enhancement, and expansion of product and process initiatives
Job Requirements
- 2+ years Healthcare/Technology experience
- Understanding of HIPAA and importance of privacy of patient data
- Proficient computer skills (including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio)
- Strong interpersonal skills and clear and concise oral and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, office staff, and peers.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Results and deadline driven, working well under high pressure situations while staying resourceful, tactful, and adjust to rapidly changing needs from the customer.

Role Description The Sr. Implementation Project Manager is responsible for working with internal and external clients during the integration of clients’ processes and procedures with Harris and Harris’ collections systems.
