Implementation Consultant

• Engage IT stakeholders, business management, and other strategic partners to support the functional design and delivery of enterprise solutions that span multiple technologies and disciplines. • Participate in defining and rolling out best practices on business requirement definitions and documentation, using Agile tools and techniques. • Consults with internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs. • Collaborates with internal stakeholders and management to assess, select and recommend solutions and/or alternative approaches that will achieve business goals, reduce time to market, cost, scope, while achieving a high-quality deliverable. • Work with business and IT peers to help define, develop and maintain strategic and tactical programs and plans. • Develop and deliver presentations to business and IT senior management. • Serves as a resource to team members and internal/external stakeholders on complex assignments/projects. • Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions. • Manages and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management.

Job Requirements

  • Four years of analyst experience with a background in computer science, business, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experienced in UAT testing, including creating test plans, executing scenarios, and managing defects
  • Skilled in Magento analysis, supporting e‑commerce workflows, system assessments, and integrations
  • Proficient in Salesforce analysis, requirements gathering, configuration improvements, and data validation
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
