• Develop and implement the project plans to ensure sites are completed on-time, on-cost, with highest customer satisfaction, as well as other key KPIs, partnering with operations, product support, and other key contractors. • Own the entire project lifecycle, from sales handoff, initial scoping and planning, through implementation, training, to post-implementation support. • Manage the operational/tactical relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for implementation engagements. • Partner with Go-to-Market to understand customer needs and ensure solutions are tailored to meet these needs, collaborating with other key functions. • Drive necessary improvements within the end-to-end implementations process, leverage lean tools such as value-stream mapping, etc.

• Ensure PublicInput and Customer align on project scope, goals, timelines, and expectations. • Act as a trusted advisor, translating feature concepts into value for stakeholders. • Provide hands-on configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. • Lead client training and knowledge transfer sessions. • Create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation to facilitate user adoption. • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, engineering, and customer success) to solve for technical and business issues and solutions. • Manage multiple concurrent implementations. • Ensure smooth transition to the Customer Success team to include a success plan for the first 6-12 months. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to refining implementation methodologies.

• Lead end-to-end Oracle NetSuite ERP implementations • Map business processes into functional NetSuite configurations • Manage the full implementation lifecycle using NetSuite best practices • Coordinate with integration teams to support third-party integrations • Build, onboard, and lead a high-performing NetSuite project team • Serve as the primary client-facing lead across all NetSuite workstreams • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies • Apply in-depth knowledge of NetSuite modules • Drive process improvements and automation opportunities

• Assist customers in the initial adoption of the HPE PCAI Private Cloud AI product. • Project manage the customer and use case. • Conduct informal product training sessions. • Schedule and conduct regular cadence calls with customers. • Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase. • Guide customers through the initial adoption of their first use case. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success. • Monitor customer progress and provide proactive support to ensure early value realization.
