Sales Development Representative – SaaS

Realynk Assistants (Formerly Trans Support)

• Outbound Calling: Make cold calls to existing and newly researched leads to introduce the platform and generate interest. • Appointment Setting: Book qualified demos and meetings with brand decision-makers. • Lead Research and List Building: Research prospects and assist in refining lead lists using Seamless.ai and the same tools • CRM Management: Track calls, notes, outcomes in the CRM (currently HubSpot) • Sales Conversion: Confidently discuss influencer marketing, social media trends, and creator partnerships.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)
  • Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
  • Familiarity with CRMs and sales engagement tools (HubSpot, Seamless.ai, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, etc. is a plus)
  • Driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a KPI-driven environment
  • BPO sales experience is an advantage
