Sales Development Representative

• Identifies and develops new leads and opportunities • Utilizes all available sales prospecting tools, systems, and resources to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline • Creates, maintains, and communicates sales activity and customer development reports • Follows the sales playbook from initial prospecting through opportunity qualification • Works with assigned company accounts to develop relationships, identify needs, and support ongoing sales efforts • Enters all customer interactions into the CRM system throughout the day • Maintains and updates the company sales database to support sales initiatives and data integrity
Job Requirements
- Experience in inside sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong prospecting, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales prospecting tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments
- Fluency in the English language; written and verbal proficiency (B2 level minimum on CEFR scale)

• Perform active outbound prospecting daily • Build lists of potential clients and identify ideal profiles • Make first-contact calls to cold leads • Qualify potential clients according to internal criteria • Schedule sales meetings with leads ready to close • Log interactions and pipeline in the CRM • Ensure a consultative, courteous approach aligned with the lead’s stage
• Engage potential clients through cold calling and email outreach, qualifying leads, and schedule phone call meetings for our vertical sales team. • Hit & exceed targets, consistently meeting activity and appointment goals, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads. • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate up-to-date information in our CRM system, conducting in-depth senior care research, and prospecting after tradeshows and events. • Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with vertical sales representatives and with prospects across the US. • Participate in remote and in-person training session during onboarding, along with participation in semi-annual department and company-wide kickoff events held in Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area. • Be a creative thinker and have the think outside the box mentality. • Be a team player, collaborating with colleagues, share best practices and contribute to a supportive team environment.
