Friendly Faces Senior Care
• Conduct outbound calls, texts, and emails to warm and cold leads • Follow up with prospects and referral partners consistently • Qualify leads and schedule discovery or sales calls • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines • Support proposals, follow-ups, and closing activities • Recruit Virtual Assistants, caregivers, CNAs, and support staff for multiple subsidiaries • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and direct outreach • Conduct initial screening and pre-qualification calls • Schedule interviews and onboarding sessions • Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting pipelines • Coordinate, host, and facilitate virtual Lunch & Learn sessions • Confirm attendees, manage calendars, and send reminders • Present company overview, services, and value proposition (training and materials provided) • Manage Q&A and post-event follow-up • Track attendance, referrals, and conversions • Manage and prioritize sales and recruiting pipelines • Ensure consistent follow-up and task completion • Track KPIs including appointments booked, hires made, and event outcomes • Provide weekly performance and activity reports
Job Requirements
- Experience in inside sales, recruiting, or appointment setting
- Confident, professional phone and video presence
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills
- Comfortable using CRMs, ATS systems, Zoom/Google Meet, and Google Workspace
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace
- Experience hosting virtual presentations or Lunch & Learns (Preferred)
- Healthcare, staffing, or service-based industry experience (Preferred)
- Virtual Assistant experience (Preferred)
