Liaison III, Partnerships

• Manages assigned workload with a high degree of independence, taking responsibility for delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality results. • Acts as the primary liaison between Nightingale College and experiential learning partners, fostering positive and productive relationships. • Embraces a growth-oriented approach by actively seeking opportunities to improve through feedback from internal and external stakeholders. • Identifies potential issues early and proactively seeks solutions that align with partner and College needs. • Responsible for accurately documenting and maintaining records of partner interactions, agreements, and communications in the CRM system and SharePoint. • Communicates clearly, concisely, and professionally with both internal teams and external partners. • Works closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of IP and EL placements, coordinating logistics and addressing any issues that arise. • Balances multiple partnerships and tasks simultaneously, managing a diverse workload with varying degrees of complexity. • Adapts communication and approach based on partner needs and shifting priorities. • Upholds a high standard of ethical conduct, honoring commitments, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring transparent communication.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree and/or four years of relevant professionally related experience.
  • Demonstrated at least 4 years of experience in business-to-business sales or relationship management experience is required, in a healthcare or education setting is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in healthcare systems and operations in a variety of care settings including acute, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care is required.
  • Demonstrated superior communication and interpersonal relationship skills are required.
  • Demonstrated experience with customer relationship management software is required.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook and SharePoint is required.
  • Ability to travel up per cadence above.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is strongly preferred.
