• Help define the vision for our Virtual Interlining (VI) product and create a roadmap in line with business goals. • Translate the vision and strategy for the products into tasks for development. • Understand the architecture of our VI product and how it interacts with other products and parts of the business. • Manage the Product Owner and Product Principal to oversee the execution of our vision for this product. • Own the end to end development of our VI. • Contribute to the planning, execution and review of each sprint. • Manage and prioritize the backlog for our VI team. • Be responsible for key VI KPIs with a focus on unit economics and efficiency. • Keep internal technical teams accountable for quality output and product delivery. • Work towards defining and tracking key KPIs to monitor the impact of delivered features. • Co-lead R&D initiatives, including A/B testing, to enhance the product and work closely with our ML and Data Science teams. • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand and anticipate client and user needs. • Review existing processes and flows to identify new opportunities and areas that need enhancements including the development process. • Complete regular market analysis, always having an eye on the competitive landscape. • Collect and analyze information, solve complex problems rationally, and make decisions on time for enhanced productivity. • Interview, onboard, and manage direct reports. • Provide guidance and be an example to others in the organization.

• Oversees the work of Learner Compliancy specialists and supports their development and performance management. • Ensures consistent execution of compliance workflows across all learner populations, including extended-term courses such as BSN366 and BSN395. • Monitors and evaluates team KPIs to ensure compliance targets are met or exceeded. • Partners with Experiential Learning and Academic Operations leadership to implement process improvements and system enhancements. • Resolves escalated compliance issues that cannot be managed at the senior level with learners. • Develops and delivers organizational updates, team communications, and training initiatives to ensure knowledge of credentialing policies and processes. • Manages team scheduling, workload distribution, and resource allocation to maintain efficiency and coverage. • Participates in strategic planning and departmental initiatives to scale the credential support function for current and future learner populations.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a distributed engineering team across US and international time zones, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Partner closely with the CEO and Product Manager to translate business goals into clear, executable technical plans and sprint deliverables. • Own the full software development lifecycle — from planning and architecture to deployment and post-launch optimization. • Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines across the team to ensure high-quality, maintainable code. • Plan and manage sprint cycles using JIRA, coordinating task allocation, tracking progress, and removing blockers to keep delivery on schedule. • Oversee the team's use of GitHub for version control, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows, ensuring clean branching strategies and robust review processes. • Ensure all production systems are performant, reliable, and resource-efficient — actively monitoring and optimizing for cost, speed, and scalability. • Lead and contribute to the development, fine-tuning, and deployment of Generative AI models, working hands-on with LLMs and ML pipelines. • Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, frameworks, and AI advancements to keep auxi.ai's platform modern and competitive. • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies between engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. • Drive a culture of technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and innovation within the engineering organization.
