Project Coordinator

Johnson Controls

• Provide end‑to‑end project management for all Mod‑Sim and rating development initiatives • Maintain oversight of schedules, scope, resources, and deliverables across multiple concurrent efforts • Support Agile‑aligned planning where beneficial, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and cross‑team coordination • Serve as the primary point of contact for project/program teams on all non‑technical topics, such as scoping, scheduling, and resource planning • Coordinate information flow between engineering teams and broader program stakeholders to ensure alignment • Assist teams with scope reviews, effort estimating, and resource planning to support accurate forecasting and prioritization • Organize and maintain detailed project timelines for Mod‑Sim programs • Prepare and deliver project status reports, summaries, and updates to project and program leadership • Improve transparency around risks, dependencies, and milestones across global teams • Participate in meetings across multiple time zones; flexibility is required to support collaboration with both US‑based and Wuxi teams

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management supporting technical teams
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Ability to work across global teams and manage time zone differences
  • US Citizen and/or permanent resident
