• Lead the strategic direction of omnichannel initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices, while driving transformative results for both the agency and its clients. • Develop and execute omnichannel marketing plans for a portfolio of clients, taking ownership of their success and setting the standard for omnichannel excellence across the agency. • Guide the research process to uncover actionable insights around customer channel preferences, digital behaviors, and engagement patterns, translating these insights into innovative and effective omnichannel strategies and tactical executions. • Foster strong client partnerships, acting as a senior advisor to elevate the agency's role as a trusted strategic partner and championing the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. • Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive journey mapping, persona development, and channel optimization projects. • Mentor and inspire a strategy team, empowering them to innovate, collaborate, and deliver exceptional results, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Project Management, Account, Brand Strategy, Creative, Analytics, Technology, and Media) to create innovative solutions that drive client success and strengthen the agency's reputation. • Shape data-driven omnichannel strategies, partnering with Analytics to define KPIs, evaluate performance, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact. • Lead business development efforts, including strategic input for proposals, high-stakes pitches, and identifying opportunities for client growth and agency expansion. • Champion thought leadership initiatives, representing the agency at industry events, developing POVs and white papers, and facilitating training to solidify the agency's position as an omnichannel leader. • Stay at the forefront of omnichannel and CX innovation, keeping current on trends, channels, technologies, and customer engagement practices within and beyond healthcare.
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in omnichannel strategy, digital marketing, or related roles within an agency, with demonstrated leadership at a senior level.
- Extensive experience working within pharmaceutical, medical device, or life sciences sectors, with a deep understanding of their unique regulatory environments and customer engagement needs.
- Proven expertise in channel strategy, digital marketing tactics, and customer engagement, with a focus on healthcare, life sciences, or similarly regulated industries.
- Deep understanding of multichannel marketing (MCM), digital platforms, marketing automation (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager), CRM, and analytics.
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with a hands-on approach to developing and executing channel and digital marketing plans.
- Experience managing and mentoring teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Experience influencing and aligning cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders internally and externally.
- Experience leveraging analytics, Voice of Customer (VoC) insights, and performance metrics to drive optimization and measurable results.
- Strong grasp of digital campaign measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience cultivating and maintaining relationships with senior client stakeholders, providing strategic counsel and driving account growth.
- Hands-on experience with client pitches, business development, and crafting proposals for complex omnichannel programs.
- Expertise in emerging trends, tools, and technologies shaping the future of omnichannel marketing, including personalization, AI, and martech innovations.
- Proactive in identifying new opportunities for client success and internal agency growth.
- Experience developing impactful presentations, thought leadership content, and workshops.
