Abstra

• Design and develop high-quality Power BI dashboards for executive and senior leadership consumption. • Build data models to analyze manufacturing and distribution network scenarios, including site comparisons and footprint optimization. • Visualize headcount distribution, site capacity, and strategic network configurations. • Work with large, complex datasets from enterprise systems (ERP, supply chain, HR, finance, and planning tools) • Ensure dashboards are intuitive, visually compelling, and aligned with executive decision-making needs. • Collaborate with supply chain strategy, digital, and analytics teams to define requirements and KPIs. • Implement best practices in data modeling, DAX, and performance optimization. • Maintain data governance, security, and documentation standards.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Power BI development (mid-level) or 8+ years (senior level)
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, DAX, and Power Query
  • Experience building executive dashboards and strategic analytics solutions
  • Ability to translate complex business questions into clear visual insights
  • Experience working with enterprise data sources (SAP, Oracle, Snowflake, Azure, SQL Server, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with senior stakeholders.
  • Nice to Have: Experience in supply chain, network design, manufacturing, or distribution analytics
  • Knowledge of supply chain network modeling tools or scenario planning frameworks
  • Experience with Azure, Power Platform, or enterprise BI architectures
  • Background in MedTech, Pharma, CPG, or manufacturing environments
