Production of reports in the form of standardized dashboards or customized views of data utilizing databases and applications to provide information to business leaders 2. Ensure data pulled is consistent with business needs/requests and apply knowledge of the business to customize reports and deliver meaningful information 3. Apply knowledge of the business to customize outputs and deliver meaningful information, solve complex technical and operational issues to meet business needs 4. Identify and resolve data integrity issues and provide feedback to application/database administrators to ensure issues are addressed 5. Interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services 6. Develop training material, user documentation and train on dashboards and reports. Instruct, direct users and line of business (LOB) partners on reporting tools. 7. Lead teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity, often with implications and/or resource requirements beyond own line of business or function 8. Impact the achievement of client, operational, project, service, and risk management risk objectives 9. Explain and interpret complex, difficult, or sensitive information 10.
