• Manage investment funds to maximize return on client investments. • Select specific investments or investment mixes for purchase by an investment fund. • Monitor financial or operational performance of individual investments to ensure portfolios meet risk goals. • Select or direct the execution of trades. • Perform or evaluate research, such as detailed company or industry analyses, to inform financial forecasting, decision making, or valuation. • Present investment information, such as product risks, fees, or fund performance statistics. • Meet with investors to determine investment goals or to discuss investment strategies. • Hire or evaluate staff for portfolio team including, but not limited to, Quantitative Researchers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Financial Engineering or a related quantitative field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related role.
- Must have five (5) years of experience with: Implementing quantitative and mathematical methods to explore and address problems in the global financial markets and generate superior investment returns;
- Analyzing large financial data sets and researching historical patterns in stock price movement;
- Using statistical analysis to identify and extract inefficiencies across markets;
- Deploying optimization frameworks to construct portfolios to maximize profit while controlling the risk;
- Using programming skills to support strategy research and writing back test code to evaluate potential investment strategies.

• Lead the EMEA OEM account team while personally managing one or two strategic customers • Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and address underperformance directly • Ensure all accounts have documented plans and disciplined follow-up • Enforce accurate, consistent CRM use across the team (pipeline, forecast, opportunities) • Drive structured account planning and standardised reporting processes • Deliver reliable forecasts and maintain data integrity to support business decisions • Personally manage 1–2 key EMEA OEMs and related authorized sub-contractors, including contracts/LTAs, program tracking, and scorecard performance • Defend existing positions and expand share of wallet • Manage escalations and ensure proactive customer communication • Develop and execute multi-year growth strategies for key OEMs • Negotiate contracts, LTAs, and pricing frameworks at senior level • Track competitor and market activity, adjusting plans where required
• Manage a cross-functional team of ~6 (2 developers, 3 support/QA staff, 1 technical SME/lead focused on database, infrastructure, and production support) • Mentor and develop team members, fostering technical growth and accountability • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain code quality standards • Run sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives • Shield the team from disruption while ensuring urgent production issues are triaged and resolved efficiently • Contribute directly to CaseAware development — writing, reviewing, and shipping production code in PHP/MySQL • Own the Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, repositories, boards, and release processes • Design and implement API/web service integrations (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON) with external legal and vendor systems • Prioritize and manage the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders • Assess current workflows and implement process improvements to shift the team from reactive to proactive • Develop deep domain knowledge of CaseAware's architecture, integration engine, and customer customization model
• Prepare and participate in weekly backlog meetings. • Request and distribute builder documents to prepare for closings. • Communicate with buyers to set close and walk dates. • Communicate to buyers and lenders about the title of the close date and any changes to that date. • Maintain tracking system for 100% accuracy of the backlog report. • Manage closing requirements with lenders, buyer’s agents, and sales leaders. • Generate and distribute the daily closing status report. • Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
