• Lead and execute trade export controls compliance across the EMEA region, with primary focus on military and dual-use exports under German, Netherlands, UK, and EU regulations, and commercial sanctions controls for commercial products • Act as the regional subject-matter expert on EU Dual-Use Regulation and national military trade control regimes, providing practical guidance to the business • Advise on classification of military and dual-use items through review of technical data, specifications, and engineering drawings • Determine licensing requirements, support export license applications, and ensure compliance with license conditions and authorizations as applicable • Support compliance related to technology transfers and deemed exports, including cross-border sharing of technical data within multinational teams • Provide EU- and UK-focused sanctions compliance support, including customer, supplier, and transaction screening and escalation of potential sanctions issues, including US extraterritorial applicability • Partner with engineering, supply chain, sales, and operations to enable compliant exports while supporting business objectives • Implement and execute corporate trade controls policies, procedures, and internal controls across EMEA • Serve as regional lead for trade controls and sanctions screening tools, supporting testing, implementation, and effective business use • Develop and deliver targeted training on trade controls and sanctions compliance • Support mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures by leading trade controls due diligence activities as required • Support customs compliance input with a focus on EU imports, including awareness of CBAM, regional value content reviews, HS classification, and relevant EU import regulatory developments

• Design and develop instructional materials including eLearning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual ILT (vILT), job aids, and assessments. • Create custom graphics, illustrations, and visual assets to enhance learning content. • Develop 3D models and animations using tools like 3DS Max and V-Ray to support technical or product training. • Edit and produce training videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. • Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) and adult learning principles to ensure effective knowledge transfer. • Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and translate complex topics into engaging learning experiences. • Ensure all content meets accessibility, branding, and quality standards. • Manage project timelines and deliverables independently, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Design high‑precision injection molds (single- and multi‑cavity) for thermoplastic, thermoset, and elastomer components used in Mil/Aero connector products • Create detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, BOMs, and specification packages using CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, NX preferred) • Conduct DFM/DFA analysis to ensure mold designs support manufacturability, dimensional accuracy, and long‑term tooling reliability • Perform mold flow analysis using Moldflow, Sigmasoft, or equivalent software to assess gate location, fill patterns, warp, cooling, venting, and material behavior • Collaborate with internal tooling shops and external toolmakers to refine designs and ensure tooling feasibility • Participate in gate reviews, project planning, and cross‑functional NPI engineering meetings • Translate product design intent into robust tooling concepts and manufacturing solutions • Define material selections, molding parameters, and processing requirements for new connector components • Support prototyping, sample builds, and EVT/DVT/PVT phases • Drive part qualification activities including FAI, PPAP, capability studies, and mold validation protocols • Partner with Manufacturing Engineering and Production teams to troubleshoot tooling, part quality, and molding issues • Optimize cycle times, cooling performance, and mold longevity through design improvements • Provide training and technical support to mold technicians and operators during ramp‑up and SOP transitions • Ensure mold and part designs align with Mil/Aero standards (MIL‑DTL, AS9100) and ITT Cannon design guidelines • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for tooling or part defects • Maintain accurate documentation, design records, and revision histories in accordance with quality system requirements
• Develops high speed and filtered connectors and contacts from the concept phase through production following a Stage Gate process. • Create 3D models and 2D drawings of high speed and filtered connectors and contacts based on electrical, mechanical, and environmental requirements • Establish signal integrity design performance/functional requirements for new product designs • Design PCB’s and test adapters as needed to perform evaluation and validation of connector signal integrity • Prepare and release manufacturing assembly drawings and bills of materials (BOMs). • Initiate and support drawing changes (ECNs, impact assessments, material dispositions) • Support production with manufacturing issues, supplier issues, quality issues, etc. that affect the fiber optic interconnect products. • Prepare labor and material cost estimates for new high speed and filtered connectors and contacts . • Identify non-recurring engineering (NRE) and equipment needs. • Develop qualification test plans that meet customer and/or industry performance requirements • Support procurement in alternate component selections and alternate sourcing. • Interface directly with customer technical personnel to interpret design requirements. • Perform tolerance analysis and FEA on mating designs. • Perform contract review on new revisions to customer specifications • Engineering product setup, design, and lifecycle management • Engineering BOM creation, documentation creation and updates • Multi-functional team member representing Product Engineering • Product Testing/Qualification support and overview within Product Evaluation Lab • Performs other duties as assigned by Engineering Management
• Determines and communicates appropriate management accountability and responsibility for trade compliance. • Develops and implements global trade policy and strategy to the VC and provides regulatory guidance to all global IP locations. • Designs and oversees the implementation of trade compliance programs and evaluates and monitors their effectiveness. • Works collaboratively across other VC Trade Compliance teams to share expertise and strategy for managing complex compliance processes. • Performs periodic internal audits to review, test, and evaluate the implementation of compliance directives ensuring each location’s compliance programs are effective and robust. • Provides for periodic formal training and on-going counsel to VC locations for global trade.

• Perform comprehensive post-entry audits on filed import entries to ensure full IEEPA compliance. • Conduct complete entry validation. • Confirm IEEPA duty calculation and payment accuracy at entry summary level. • Prepare and submit Post Summary Corrections (PSC) and protests via CAPE based on audit findings. • Maintain a centralized tariff recovery tracker. • Reconcile filed duties, corrected duties, and recovered amounts. • Maintain complete audit files.
• Provide technical installation and commissioning support to clients and service teams nationally with regards to smart motor equipment and application support • Complete rotating equipment alignment to nominated tolerances using dial indicators or laser equipment • Train and mentor field service personnel smart motor installation practices • Provide on-site start up services and troubleshooting to customers within the United States and document all procedures and recommendations and provide reports • Demonstrate an ability to fault find and self-manage so as to avoid unnecessary breakage or lost time through incorrect installation techniques • Troubleshooting smart motor and associated equipment • Assist with assembly of smart motors and associated equipment including manufacturing and fabricating along with the repair of modifications associated with smart motor equipment • Offer support to field service and monitoring team • Organize personnel for smart motor installation and activation • Demonstrate understanding of motor KPV trends • Offer field service team support with site related fault finding • Follow written instructions and complete all nominated checkpoints before handover of paperwork • Provide timely advice to Operations Manager of field service tooling and consumables stock deficiencies to allow replacement • Maintain tools and equipment in operating condition and advise supervisor of deficiencies • Implement the set vision to the Filed Service department • Contribute to a positive safety culture throughout the business by alignment with safety processes, policies and legislation along with support for new initiatives • Follow and set a positive example for all ITT Code of Conduct rules and guidelines and ensure commitment to ITT's vision, mission and values and act in accordance with the Working with One Another program
