Senior Manager – EMEA Strategic Accounts

ITT Inc.

• Lead the EMEA OEM account team while personally managing one or two strategic customers • Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and address underperformance directly • Ensure all accounts have documented plans and disciplined follow-up • Enforce accurate, consistent CRM use across the team (pipeline, forecast, opportunities) • Drive structured account planning and standardised reporting processes • Deliver reliable forecasts and maintain data integrity to support business decisions • Personally manage 1–2 key EMEA OEMs and related authorized sub-contractors, including contracts/LTAs, program tracking, and scorecard performance • Defend existing positions and expand share of wallet • Manage escalations and ensure proactive customer communication • Develop and execute multi-year growth strategies for key OEMs • Negotiate contracts, LTAs, and pricing frameworks at senior level • Track competitor and market activity, adjusting plans where required

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in team management
  • Strong background in electronic components / ideally interconnect
  • Demonstrated success enforcing process and CRM discipline
  • Experience managing strategic OEMs at regional or global level
  • Fluent French (essential)
  • Additional European languages an advantage
  • Structured, disciplined, and process-driven
  • Direct communicator, pragmatic leader, culturally aware
  • Resilient, detail-focused, and committed to accountability
