• Build, scale, and maintain high-performance APIs that power our revenue management tools. • Design and maintain high-performance REST APIs using Flask or FastAPI. • Utilize Pandas and Polars to manipulate large datasets efficiently. • Design and optimize Generative AI workflows and RAG systems. • Implement strict data validation and settings management using Pydantic. • Optimize backend systems for latency and throughput. • Contribute to the architecture of our distributed data systems.

• Understanding of the IFRS 17 standard as it relates to the risk adjustment • Survey of current practices for measuring the Risk Adjustment under IFRS 17 • Identification of critical variables (e.g., claims volatility, lapses/cancellations, expenses) and available internal data sources • Justification of the statistical model methodology used for the risk adjustment • Consistency testing to validate and maintain the statistical risk adjustment model • Preparation of documentation and support for internal and external audits

• Design and deliver industry-leading systems • Actively participate in application and database design, data flows and detailed technical design • Ensure that analysis includes the wider view of technical and business impact • Own non-functional requirements around performance, security and scalability • Driving best practice around real-time logging, monitoring, alerting • Identify obstacles, risks and issues that may/ do impact the technical product

• The Full-Stack Developer will work closely with clients, digital leaders, solutions architects, and technical/ functional leads across Guidehouse digital teams and market segments. • Serve as a key member of the modernization team to support technical challenges/demos, building innovative solution prototypes using cloud architectures and software technologies. • Solutions architecture and hands-on engineering/full-stack development of scalable and secure distributed systems using modern software technologies and programming, Cloud Native and microservices architecture, containerization, and API-First design patterns. • Work collaboratively with user experience designers, platform engineers, product owners, solution architects, and business analysts, the Cloud Applications Full Stack Developer will design, build, test, and deploy high-value, operationally resilient software products on the AWS cloud platform that satisfy functional and non-functional requirements.
