Job Description

B2B Customer Service Specialist

BiOptimizers

• Handle order processing, customer inquiries, and resolve customer issues • Deal directly with customers by phone, email, chat or ticketing system • Respond within one hour to customer inquiries • Provide pricing, stock and delivery information • Follow up on customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • Health and wellness industry experience, particularly in dietary supplements, vitamins, or nutraceuticals
  • 2 years of customer service or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a remote or asynchronous environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter that works well alone or in small groups
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks at once in a medium to short timeline
  • Ability to work with different platforms(Zoho, Acumatica, SPS, etc.)
  • Familiarity with health and wellness space, supplements, e-commerce
