B2B Customer Service Specialist
BiOptimizers
• Handle order processing, customer inquiries, and resolve customer issues • Deal directly with customers by phone, email, chat or ticketing system • Respond within one hour to customer inquiries • Provide pricing, stock and delivery information • Follow up on customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Health and wellness industry experience, particularly in dietary supplements, vitamins, or nutraceuticals
- 2 years of customer service or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a remote or asynchronous environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter that works well alone or in small groups
- Ability to work on multiple tasks at once in a medium to short timeline
- Ability to work with different platforms(Zoho, Acumatica, SPS, etc.)
- Familiarity with health and wellness space, supplements, e-commerce
