Role Description RSI Security is seeking a Proposal Writer to support our Sales & Growth team. This role focuses on developing clear, compliant, and compelling responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other proposal requests. The Proposal Writer will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, sales leadership, marketing, and design teams to communicate RSI’s value proposition and improve proposal quality and win rates. This position may be engaged as a full-time W-2 employee or a 1099 contractor, depending on candidate availability and engagement preference. What You’ll Do - Manage assigned proposals from analysis through final delivery, ensuring compliance with client requirements and alignment with RSI capabilities. - Analyze solicitation requirements and conduct research to strengthen proposal messaging. - Draft and refine content including executive summaries, scopes of work, case studies, staff resumes, and pricing narratives. - Contribute to reusable proposal content libraries, templates, and best practices. - Coordinate with subject matter experts, sales leads, and leadership to validate technical information and proposal strategy. - Ensure all deliverables are accurate, polished, and delivered on schedule. - Collaborate with designers to translate technical concepts into clear visuals and infographics.
