Key Responsibilities Proposal Development Lead development of proposals, RFP responses, grant submissions, and business development documents. Coordinate input from internal subject matter experts including operations, finance, clinical leadership, and executive leadership. Draft, edit, and finalize proposal content ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with company capabilities. Format proposals and coordinate the integration of photos, graphics, charts, tables, and other visual elements to produce polished, submission-ready documents. Experience using proposal development, document collaboration, or proposal management software is preferred. Content Management Maintain proposal templates, boilerplate content, and proposal libraries for efficient document production. Ensure messaging consistency and alignment with organizational branding and positioning. Project Management Manage proposal timelines, submission deadlines, and coordination across multiple contributors, including Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), ensuring timely collection, review, and integration of technical, operational, and financial content into final proposal submissions. Track progress of proposal development and ensure all required components are completed. Quality Assurance Review documents for quality, accuracy, and compliance with submission requirements.
