• Collaborate with the Data Migration Team to deliver data integration solutions for a Case Management System Modernization Program on Azure using MS Dynamics CRM (PowerApps). • Analyze and interpret data migration requirements to design effective ETL solutions. • Design, develop, and optimize cloud-based ETL processes and workflows for migrating data from multiple legacy systems to modern Azure-based targets. • Create and maintain data structures or models needed throughout all stages of the data migration. • Perform detailed source‑to‑target mapping, data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance. • Conduct unit testing and ensure data quality and integrity during migration. • Apply performance engineering techniques to optimize pipelines, especially for scaling future migration waves. • Use Azure Data Factory and SSIS to orchestrate complex data flows from on‑prem to cloud. • Participate in Agile development cycles and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. • Communicate technical progress, issues, and solutions clearly to stakeholders. • Use critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to resolve data migration challenges.
Job Requirements
- US Citizen (Public Trust Eligible)
- BS degree and 5+ years relevant experience
- Advanced proficiency in T‑SQL and SQL using Microsoft SQL Server
- Intermediate experience with performance engineering
- Intermediate experience with data pipeline solutioning and development
- Hands‑on experience designing and implementing ETL processes in cloud environments such as Azure.
- Experience with data migration activities: extraction, transformation, loading, mapping, validation, and cleansing.
- Familiarity with Azure Data Factory or similar cloud‑based ETL orchestration tools.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and quality assurance mindset.
- Ability to work within Agile development methodologies.
