Job Description: Title: Analyst, Auto Quality Location: Remote – USA and/or Canada Reports to: Vice President, Auto Quality Product Management Vacancy: This is a new position The Role: As an Analyst within JD Power’s Automotive Quality Product Management team, you will deliver high-impact data analysis, market research insights, and client-ready reporting that supports leading automotive manufacturers, dealers, and suppliers. This role blends advanced analytics, data storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The Impact You Will Have in This Role: You will play a key role in translating complex automotive quality benchmarking data into meaningful insights that influence strategic decisions across the industry. Your analytical rigor and attention to quality will directly support client satisfaction, strengthen internal partnerships, and elevate the overall standard of deliverables within the organization. What You’ll Be Doing in This Role: - Analyze and interpret complex datasets to support syndicated automotive research studies - Develop high-quality, client-ready deliverables that communicate insights clearly and accurately - Evaluate multiple data factors to solve diverse and complex business problems - Identify opportunities to improve analytical methodologies, enhance deliverable quality, and generate efficiencies - Partner cross-functionally with research production teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution - Validate and quality-check data outputs to maintain the highest standards of accuracy - Utilize tools such as Excel, mTAB, SPSS, and PowerPoint to analyze, format, and present research findings - Contribute to a collaborative team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously Qualifications of This Role: - Demonstrable experience in data analysis, market research, business intelligence, or related analytical functions, including experience working with complex datasets and cross-tabulation tools. Must be proficient in using Excel and SPSS; mTab experience is a plus - Proficiency in developing executive-ready presentations using PowerPoint - Exposure to the automotive industry or mobility sector is an asset - Educational background in Data Science, Market Research, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field - Experience operating in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with multiple concurrent priorities - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with sound judgment in selecting methods and approaches - High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience supporting client-facing teams or responding to stakeholder requests is an asset - Familiarity with Python is a plus The Hiring Manager says: “I’m looking for a forward-thinking self-starter who strives for excellence, works smart, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. Job Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in data analysis, market research, business intelligence, or related analytical functions, including experience working with complex datasets and cross-tabulation tools
