• Lead end‑to‑end integration projects for newly acquired accounting firms • ensuring all IT systems, processes, and data are successfully aligned with firm standards • Coordinate system migrations, including email, document management, practice management software, workflow tools, and authentication systems • Facilitate change‑management activities, including communication plans, training sessions, and user adoption strategies • Track and report project progress, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership and stakeholders • Document all integration processes, decisions, and lessons learned to improve future acquisition playbooks • Drive continuous improvement by refining integration frameworks, templates, and best practices based on real‑world outcomes • Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed • Conduct project reviews and post-implementation assessments to identify lessons learned
Job Requirements
- 5+ Experience in project management or related roles
- at least 3 years in a senior project management capacity
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Project Management, IT or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall

The full Pay Range is $99,900.00 - $186,400.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant.
