The full Pay Range is $99,900.00 - $186,400.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role. IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE As a Senior Enterprise Project Manager at BECU, you’ll lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that help move strategic priorities from vision to execution. You’ll bring structure to high-impact programs, align stakeholders across the organization, and guide teams through planning, delivery, and successful implementation. By managing risks, navigating dependencies, and fostering collaboration across business and technology teams, you’ll ensure initiatives stay on track and deliver measurable value. Your leadership will strengthen how BECU executes enterprise work—helping teams move forward with clarity, accountability, and confidence. Your ability to turn complex initiatives into successful outcomes will directly contribute to BECU’s continued growth, innovation, and service to our members. RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead Complex Enterprise Initiatives: Manage one or more complex projects from initiation through completion, guiding teams through planning, execution, delivery, and closure. - Drive Alignment Across Teams: Facilitate collaborative requirements gathering with business and technology stakeholders to define clear project outcomes, scope, and objectives. - Establish Strong Project Governance: Determine and implement appropriate governance structures and lead steering committee meetings to ensure transparency and accountability. - Develop Comprehensive Project Plans: Create and maintain detailed work plans, timelines, and resource plans for complex initiatives and specialized technology projects. - Manage Project Financials: Oversee project budgets and forecasts, reconcile actual expenses against forecasts, and review or approve project-related invoices. - Coordinate Cross-Team Dependencies: Identify and manage dependencies across teams, ensuring alignment and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle. - Proactively Manage Risks: Track and manage risks, issues, and decisions (RaID) while identifying and removing obstacles that could impact delivery. - Lead Project Communication: Establish and execute communication strategies that keep stakeholders informed and engaged at every stage of the project. - Support Successful Releases: Facilitate release planning, go-live activities, and post-implementation support for projects and product delivery teams. - Mentor and Develop Others: Provide coaching and mentorship to associate project managers and project team members to strengthen delivery capability. - Improve Project Delivery Practices: Lead or contribute to initiatives that improve project management processes and delivery practices within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). - Take on Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned to support the evolving needs of the team and organization.
