Responsibilities The Mobile Grinding/Wash Team has an excellent opportunity for Manager, Mobile Grind. Candidate can live in any state but must be willing to travel to jobsites located across the country based upon business need Required Experience: - Oversee the mobile grind team remotely or at plant site depending on business need - Candidate should have experience with a span of control of at least 10 employees or more - Prior experience managing employees from remote locations - Manufacturing experience What will make you successful: - Strong mechanical skill set. - Good communication skills - Operates well individually or in a team environment - Experience in operation of heavy equipment including: - Forklifts, skid steers, telescoping material handlers, conveyors, trailers, and a variety of tools for repair and maintenance items. - Must have a valid driver's license. - Ensure quality by conducting final visual inspections and labeling all finished goods - Meet or exceed standard production efficiencies on production lines - Ability to travel extensively (up to 70% of the time) - ALL Travel (airline, rental car, hotel) and meal expenses reimbursed - Embrace a culture of safety.
