Functional Safety Process Support (ISO 26262)** Support the execution of functional safety lifecycle activities under supervision. ** Contribute to the creation and maintenance of key documentation such as the Safety Plan, Safety Case, and audit reports. **2. Technical and Risk Analysis** Support the performance of Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment (HARA) to identify safety functions and assign ASIL levels. ** Assist in the creation and update of FMEAs and Fault Tree Analyses (FTA). **3. Requirements Management and Traceability** Draft, organize, and maintain technical and safety requirements. ** Ensure traceability between requirements, design elements, test cases, and verification activities. **4. Integration and Validation Support** Collaborate with validation teams to ensure that test activities cover safety objectives. ** Review test results (HIL and vehicle testing) from a functional safety perspective. **5. Technical Problem Solving** Act as a support member of the first-response team for incident analysis. ** Apply root cause analysis methodologies to reported safety, quality, or warranty issues. **6. Technical Coordination and Communication** Serve as a supporting interface between engineering teams (Systems, Software, Hardware, Validation) on functional safety topics. ** Participate in technical reviews and “Voice of the Customer” sessions. **7. Benchmarking and Continuous Improvement** Perform benchmarking analysis of competitor safety systems and functions. ** Document and support the implementation of lessons learned.

• Lead Curriculum Innovation: Project manage the design and creation of all new curricula, learner manuals, and workbooks from concept to completion. • Master Accreditation: Own and deliver on the Bushwise accreditation strategy within the South African guiding landscape, coordinating all submissions and documentation. • Optimise Learning Materials: Continuously audit and redesign existing materials - from online lectures to video assets - to enhance engagement and information flow. • Build the "Source of Truth": Develop and maintain a centralised repository of product information and business "blueprints" to ensure consistency across marketing, sales, and operations. • Collaborate with Experts: Source and coordinate internal trainers and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure all content is technically elite. • Standardise Quality: Implement templates for all learning materials to ensure every piece of Bushwise content reflects our premium brand. • Drive Process Excellence: Act as an internal consultant to map and document critical processes like "New Camp Setup" and "Student Onboarding."

• The Manager, Learning Design & Faculty Training is a hybrid learning design and faculty development leadership role that strengthens teaching excellence across Smith Chason College’s on-ground and online modalities. • Leads the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of faculty development experiences and resources; while also providing hands-on learning design support for Continuous Learning initiatives. • Builds scalable systems that elevate instructional quality, support compliance and continuing medical education (CME) efforts, and ensure faculty are prepared to deliver engaging, outcomes-driven learning experiences. • Provides operational leadership for the Smith Chason CME Portal course development and the ongoing cadence of faculty development and CME-related webinars. • Utilizes and supports learning technologies central to Smith Chason’s ecosystem, including the iSpring LMS, Articulate Rise, and TechSmith tools (Snagit/Camtasia), applying best practices in adult learning, learning design, and faculty coaching.
