Title: Product Manager Location: Denver, Colorado, United States Job Description: About the opportunity We are looking for a Product Manager to drive our Translations product from early delivery through GA and initial commercial traction. This is an execution-focused role embedded within a cross-functional team. You will be responsible for maintaining delivery momentum, running continuous customer discovery, and refining scope based on real-world feedback to ensure we ship a usable, high-impact solution. You will collaborate closely with Engineering and Design counterparts and partner with platform teams to ensure the product integrates effectively into real marketing workflows. This role requires strong ownership, bias toward action, and comfort operating in ambiguity and adjusting and shaping requirements based on customer discovery. The position is based in Denver, with an expectation of 3 days per week in the office. What to expect? - Drive delivery of the Translations product from its current state through GA, maintaining clear roadmap visibility and milestone ownership. - Run ongoing customer and beta/design partner conversations to understand translation workflows and validate product direction during active build. - Translate customer insights into clear, actionable requirements in collaboration with Engineering and Design. - Continuously prioritize and re-prioritize work based on evidence, usage data, and feedback. - Balance shipping cadence with learning, ensuring we release, measure, and iterate effectively. - Partner with platform teams to leverage shared capabilities while ensuring the product works seamlessly in real-world workflows. - Support go-to-market readiness, including customer conversations, feedback loops, and early adoption tracking. - Define success metrics in advance and measure progress toward adoption and impact. - Act as a strong driver within the team — unblocking decisions, facilitating alignment, and keeping execution on track. - Own outcomes — from product readiness to early adoption and commercial traction.
