Job Description U.S. Bank is seeking the position of Product Manager – Privileged Access Management in Horsham, Pennsylvania. Essential Responsibilities: The Product Manager - Privileged Access Management (PAM) will implement and support security solutions and technologies in order to protect data and assets from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, destruction, modification, or disruption. The Product Manager – PAM will set security design guidelines, frameworks, and models. They will spearhead the development and execution of the PAM program by driving the deployment of the CybertArk Products across the enterprise, thus enhancing PAM, single sign-on and overall security posture of the Bank. The Product Manager – PAM will also enforce secure privileged access workflows by overseeing the CyberArk Privileged Session Manager and Delinea Secret Server. They will be responsible for defining and executing the PAM product roadmap to ensure that the CyberArk and Delinea solutions align with business security requirements. The Product Manager – PAM will develop and implement privileged access policies by integrating CyberArk PAM, EPM, and SailPoint IIQ for identity governance. They will also align PAM controls with SOX, GLBA, PCI-DSS, and NIST 800-53 frameworks to ensure compliance readiness. In addition, the Product Manager – PAM will work closely with cybersecurity, IT operations, and compliance teams to ensure PAM solutions mitigate emerging threats, and continuously monitor the PAM system performance, proactively identifying and addressing vulnerabilities in order to strengthen security resilience.
