Technical Engineering Program Manager – Principal

Hewlett Packard Enterprise

• Lead programs that enhance lab efficiency, reliability, and scalability. • Manage the rollout of a centralized lab infrastructure reservation system. • Program-manage the rollout of engineering lab managed services and lab solutions. • Drive modernization across engineering labs and lead the Management of Change (MoC). • Track and communicate operational metrics, dashboards, and KPIs. • Collaborate with lab software engineers to integrate automation frameworks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Typically 10+ years of experience
  • PMP/PMI certification preferred
  • Experience designing and developing project and program planning tools and software packages
  • Proficiency with Confluence and JIRA for documentation and program visibility
  • Knowledge of lab automation and orchestration systems
  • Experience building and managing dashboards for operational metrics using Power BI, SmartSheets, etc.
  • Knowledge of Management of Change (MoC) methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
