As a Technical Program Manager - AI Initiatives/Adoption , you will own the implementation, integration, and adoption of AI-driven solutions across Customer Support operations. This role sits at the intersection of Support, Product, and Engineering and is responsible for translating operational needs into scalable, technical solutions that improve both customer experience and agent efficiency. You will design and maintain the systems, workflows, and integrations that enable AI-assisted support, ensure high-quality and reliable support data, and continuously measure and improve the impact of AI initiatives. This role requires a hands-on, technical operator who is comfortable working across systems, building integrations, and driving adoption in a fast-growing environment. Work Location: This can be a fully remote position. While we operate across multiple time zones, most collaboration happens during Pacific Time working hours. Candidates should be able to work a schedule aligned with the PT time zone. The salary range for this role is $162,000 - $180,000. • Technical security orchestration: Partner with Security Engineering, Risk, Product, and Infrastructure teams to bake security and compliance "into the kiln" rather than painting it on at the end. • Help design risk solutions: Dive deep into the security stack to not only identify execution blockers but actively architect the technical solutions to implement them. • Help architect our security mission: Define the technical milestones for high-stakes initiatives like Zero Trust and IAM overhauls, translating a broad vision into a precise execution roadmap. • Drive high-velocity operations: Lead agile security sprints that harmonize vulnerability remediation and threat detection with feature development, ensuring security moves at the speed of innovation. • Optimize the "rhythm of the business" by automating manual GRC workflows, eliminating manual friction and moving us toward Compliance as Code. • Translate telemetry into narrative: Distill complex security data and telemetry into compelling risk narratives for leadership while maintaining high-fidelity technical depth for engineers. • Optimize the defensive roadmap: Command long-term strategic planning by aligning cloud infrastructure costs and security tooling with the company’s overarching defensive goals. • Cultivate organizational excellence: Uphold a relentless culture of focus and accountability, identifying systemic inefficiencies and driving impact through superior tooling and process engineering.

• Serve as the primary technical interface between Pharos and OEM partners. • Ensure early visibility into platform and firmware changes. • Lead root-cause analysis of integration failures. • Maintain predictable OEM certification and testing workflows. • Identify integration risks and early warning signals.

• Driving end-to-end program execution for Open Money Stack projects, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, scope, and quality expectations • Planning and managing complex technical programs involving fintech and payment processing systems, infrastructure engineering, and third-party integrations • Coordinating dependencies and execution across multiple engineering teams, reducing delivery risk, and minimizing escalations • Partnering with internal engineering, product, and infrastructure stakeholders to align technical execution with strategic objectives • Supporting integration efforts with external infrastructure and fintech service providers, ensuring clear communication, sequencing, and accountability • Establishing and maintaining program plans, milestones, and reporting using existing TPM frameworks, tools, and methodologies • Identifying risks early and driving mitigation strategies to maintain delivery predictability across initiatives • Supporting successful launches by ensuring operational readiness, cross-team alignment, and clear ownership throughout execution
