• Develop and execute strategic recruitment initiatives to attract top real estate professionals, including agents, brokers, and corporate staff. • Source, screen, and manage candidates through the hiring pipeline, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, networking to identify top talent. • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop customized hiring strategies. • Leverage social media, industry events, and other innovative sourcing methods to expand our talent pool. • Ensure a strong employer brand presence that aligns with SERHANT.'s innovative and content-driven approach. • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding. • Design, distribute, and analyze candidate experience surveys to enhance the recruitment process. • Track, report and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time to fill, time to hire, source of hire) to optimize hiring process. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations throughout the hiring process. Stay up to date on real estate industry trends and hiring best practices. • Assist in onboarding new hires to create a seamless transition into the company.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience within the real estate industry or brokerage firms
  • Proven experience sourcing and hiring high-performing real estate professionals.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance best practices.

The Coordinator, Talent Acquisition provides essential services and key functions to both future and existing field employees within their service office. The TA Coordinator will ensure that all field employee compliance and onboarding workflow processes are completed with the highest level of efficiency, quality, and service. The TA Coordinator plays a key role in managing the high-volume administrative and reporting processes surrounding field employee onboarding, retention, and experience. - Operate as a shared service resource to all Talent Acquisition functions and manage administrative recruiting activities via ticket. - Notify office staff of interviews and orientations by updating the event calendar. - Responsible for logistics and materials for initial screen, assuming responsibility/oversight for personnel file management, credentialing, and coordination. - Ensure all employee information is obtained and maintained in accordance with federal, state, and CHAP requirements. - Collect post-conditional documents; sign off on complete post conditional document collection. - Track candidates post conditional offer to ensure they have accepted and are accounted for. - Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff. Qualifications - Four (4) year college degree. - Minimum of one (1) year of experience in administrative work, direct recruiting experience appreciated. - Demonstrated record of successfully taking on more responsibility with positive results and ambition to grow. - Ability to carry out several tasks simultaneously. - Ability to interact with different levels of the organization. - High degree of professionalism and attention to detail. - Action-oriented attitude, sense of urgency. - Collaborative, proactive, and supportive of team members. - Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions. - Acceptable pre-employment assessment results. - Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
