• Ensure consistent delivery of Amae’s care model across therapy and integrated care teams • Translate evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) into structured, repeatable workflows • Identify gaps between design and real-world execution — and close them • Implement systems for supervision, case review, and quality monitoring • Establish feedback loops to detect and correct clinical drift early • Embed measurement-based care into daily clinical workflows
• Monitor changes in federal, state, and local laws and ensuring adherence to CMS, HIPAA, and accreditation standards • Own ongoing compliance across all clinics • Lead surveys end-to-end: prep, execution, follow-up • Run quality committees, maintain documentation, and proactively close gaps • Translate regulatory requirements into clear, usable workflows • Build and maintain policies, procedures, and compliance infrastructure • Support new market launches (licensure, accreditation, certification) • Own core quality metrics (follow-ups, readmissions, documentation compliance) • Lead root cause analyses and drive improvement initiatives • Facilitate case reviews and quality forums • Own incident and grievance processes end-to-end • Build systems to track patterns and reduce risk • Conduct audits, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions • Maintain a clean, usable P&P library with strong version control

• Own Amae’s recruiting strategy as we scale clinics and corporate teams across multiple markets. • Partner with executive leadership to translate growth plans into clear hiring roadmaps. • Design recruiting processes that are efficient, rigorous, and built to scale. • Manage and mentor Amae’s recruiting team. • Establish clear expectations, standard work, metrics, and operating rhythms. • Personally recruit for senior or mission-critical roles when needed. • Develop strategies to hire exceptional clinical talent across markets. • Improve recruiting workflows, systems, and tools. • Identify and implement AI-enabled tools and automation that make the recruiting function faster, smarter, and more scalable.
• Design and implement RCM systems, policies, and procedures from the ground up, tailoring them to our unique startup environment. • Lead and nurture a growing team, focusing on achieving strategic goals and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. • Drive the strategic evolution of our RCM systems and processes, managing any system upgrades or vendor transitions • Develop and oversee operational workflows and processes, enhancing efficiency, and productivity through innovative solutions. • Review and understand payer contracts to understand payer requirements and advised on practices to maximize contract value • Implement and monitor RCM best practices, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and devise strategies for operational excellence. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining a secure and ethical work environment. • Recruit, train, and mentor team members, establishing performance benchmarks and fostering professional development. • Stay abreast of new technological developments in RCM and evaluate vendors and automation opportunities regularly • Direct all aspects of the revenue cycle, including billing, claims submission, collections, and client billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Collaborate with internal teams to refine RCM-related workflows and tools, ensuring clear communication and effective integration. • Manage relationships with external vendors and evaluate third-party tools for enhancing RCM operations. • Regularly analyze and report on RCM performance metrics, guiding strategic decisions to optimize financial outcomes.

• Design and execute multi-year citywide and regional outreach plans • Personally own and cultivate executive-level relationships with large regional safety-net hospitals • Set and manage regional enrollment targets • Lead, mentor, and provide direct supervision for the Community Engagement team • Regularly join team members in the field to provide coaching • Act as the primary escalation point for the most urgent provider and patient transition situations • Oversee the team’s use of CRM systems and Google Suite

• Own and manage the member-facing phone line, delivering compassionate, timely, and solutions-oriented support. • Manage expedient and accurate Verifications of Benefits (VOBs) to ensure members can access care without delay. • Collaborate and strategize cross-functionally with our member growth team to streamline onboarding and ensure a seamless member experience. • Oversight, monitoring, and management of the Prior Authorization Process, ensuring timely submission of authorization requests. • Supports member billing, collections, and payment posting processes in compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations. • Bring a bias to action and high EQ, balancing detail-oriented execution with the ability to calmly navigate change, ambiguity, and unexpected challenges. • Be part of a culture that values adaptability, resilience, and continuous improvement.
