Position Summary Our graduate hire positions are for those who have recently graduated and are looking to launch their career. Regional programs and opportunities are available in a variety of fields. There’s a good chance we have an opportunity that’s just right for you. Join the team on a wireless telecom project where you will be assisting the group with engineering and constructing the expansion of a wireless network. This position will work remotely but may require meeting in an office environment as needed and travel as needed. The selected candidate will be assigned to one of our functional groups in an Entry Level Construction Management position and asked to assist in estimating, cost control, forecasting, trend analysis, change order control, risk assessment and management, forensic schedule analysis, earned value management, progress measurement/reporting, productivity analysis and calculation, subcontractor management, schedule development, progress reporting, vendor management, field engineering, site safety and overall product quality. - Business, Finance, Construction management, electronics or technical certification, or similar, required in a 2-year+ program. - Computer literate and proficient with Word and Excel required - Valid driver's license - Ability to travel as needed - Local candidates only (no relocation assistance available) - Must be able maintain efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced work environment and effectively communicate with other project members as required - Must be eligible to work for any US Employer without current or future visa sponsorship We help prepare people for new opportunities and challenges. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: - Provide advanced process tuning for Boiler or BOP processes. - Work with plant operations teams, while at site, to ensure effective tuning of plant processes for optimized productivity of steam and electricity. - Develop and implement startup and tuning activities for major retrofit projects. - Generate and store tuning reports for all site tuning. - Work with stimulation group to startup and tune high fidelity systems for different customer units. - Conduct site acceptance and performance testing for major retrofit projects to meet contractual performance targets. - Apply highly specialized knowledge and skills in an advisory or technical assistant role to engineering and management teams on complex technical or related problems. - Contact customers to review and promote their needs for service, maintenance contracts, system adds, and stand-alone system requirements. - Develop and advise the implementation of "engineered system" projects or system adds using current and non-current technologies. - Provide project management on large projects during installation, start-up, or where it is required to supervise our subcontractors (such as system installers). - Provide recommendations for hiring of Field Engineers and participate in interviews, performance evaluations, etc. - Analyze, investigate, and resolve customer warranty and policy claims. This requires an in-depth knowledge of the obligations and restrictions set forth by warranties and policies so that claims can be settled promptly and efficiently. Who You Are: You serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts. You show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations and are exceptional at spotting and seizing opportunities. You set stretch goals and objectives, pushing individuals or teams to perform at higher levels. For This Role, You Will Need: - Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical degree. - A minimum of eight (8) years of field engineering related experience. - Strong understanding of power plant operation and controls. - Strong understanding of control schemes for Boiler and Turbine on conventional and combined cycle plants as well as water treatment and renewable power generating facilities. - Demonstrated experience tuning conventional, combined cycle, or renewable plants. - Willingness and ability to travel 80% of time, primarily in North America. - Capable of displaying a high degree of ingenuity, resourcefulness, and competence in day-to-day technical activities. Recognized as an authority in the industry and have demonstrated competence in related fields. - Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. • Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and online tools to customers, EPCs, and installers • Troubleshoot and analyse the solar string inverter faults, alarms, and error codes • Support customers during commissioning, configuration, and startup of inverters • Diagnose DC/AC side issues including grid faults, string mismatch, insulation faults, and communication issues • Monitor inverter performance and analyse underperformance or downtime • Perform network and communication troubleshooting including LAN, RS485 and firewall related issues. • Log, track, and close service cases using Salesforce • Coordinate with field service, Reginal service head, and internal technical teams for escalations • Assist with warranty evaluations and technical documentation • Maintain accurate service records and prepare basic technical reports
