• Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and online tools to customers, EPCs, and installers • Troubleshoot and analyse the solar string inverter faults, alarms, and error codes • Support customers during commissioning, configuration, and startup of inverters • Diagnose DC/AC side issues including grid faults, string mismatch, insulation faults, and communication issues • Monitor inverter performance and analyse underperformance or downtime • Perform network and communication troubleshooting including LAN, RS485 and firewall related issues. • Log, track, and close service cases using Salesforce • Coordinate with field service, Reginal service head, and internal technical teams for escalations • Assist with warranty evaluations and technical documentation • Maintain accurate service records and prepare basic technical reports

• Realizarás de manera autónoma el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de inversores solares y sistemas BESS, garantizando la operación confiable de los activos de los clientes • Identificarás, diagnosticarás y resolverás fallas técnicas tanto de forma remota como en sitio para asegurar la continuidad operativa • Cumplirás estrictamente con las normativas eléctricas y los protocolos de seguridad en todas las actividades realizadas en terreno • Registrarás todas las actividades, hallazgos y resultados de servicio en nuestros sistemas internos (ERP, herramientas de gestión) • Brindarás soporte técnico postventa, tanto remoto como presencial, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente y fortaleciendo relaciones a largo plazo • Coordinarás la planificación y las escalaciones con el Service Supervisor y el equipo de back office, garantizando procesos fluidos • Reportarás incidentes y propondrás mejoras para contribuir a la optimización de procesos y la calidad del producto

• Selbstständig verantwortest Du die präventiven und korrektiven Wartungsaktivitäten von Batterie-Zentralwechselrichtern sowie Batteriesystemkomponenten (d.h. Batterien und Zubehör) und unterstützt bedarfsorientiert bei Inbetriebnahmen • Prozessgestützt eskalierst du neu auftretende Probleme und Situationen, um schnellstmöglich Lösungen zu finden und beteiligst Dich damit an der kontinuierlichen Prozess- und Produktverbesserung • Du stellst sicher, dass alle Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsverfahren bei der Durchführung der vor Ort Arbeiten eingehalten werden • Du zeichnest alle auftretenden Probleme auf und verantwortest die regelmäßige Berichterstattung an die Servicekoordinatoren sowie den Technical Asset Manager • Du schulst das technische Personal beim Kunden vor Ort und nimmst selbst regelmäßig an Qualifizierungs- / Schulungsmaßnahmen teil
