• Advanced, total system-level troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service repair needs on all Leo Cancer Care products. • Interface with key customer contacts on equipment issues. Act to ensure satisfaction with primary customers. Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure timely resolution and proper follow-up, ultimately leading to customer satisfaction. • Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities, such as promptly maintaining customer service reports and internal service records. • Maintaining tools and test equipment properly and ensuring they are calibrated. • Identify Sales opportunities, communicate to the sales team, and assist in the growth and direction of business in his/her geographic area. • Working as a local team member to provide efficient and cost-effective service delivery to all accounts within the assigned area. • Responsible for Warranty and Service Agreement cost control. • Administration: Responsibly completes all administration tasks on time. Ensures timely completion of Field Change Orders (FCOs) and Planned Maintenance (PM) inspections documentation for assigned accounts.
