• Handle distressed or emotional callers with patience, empathy, and professionalism • Answer inbound phone calls, web form submissions, emails, and live chats from prospective clients • Guide qualified clients through electronic retainer and HIPAA form signing • Accurately document all interactions, case details, and statuses in the CRM • Send calendar invites, confirmations, and reminders • Assess basic eligibility based on fault, timelines, and case details • Clearly communicate the firm’s value, process, and next steps • Conduct consistent follow up with leads who have not yet signed • Schedule free consultations directly on attorneys’ calendars • Ask structured qualifying questions related to accidents, injuries, timelines, liability, and criminal charges

Job Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in legal intake or related client facing roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence with a client first mindset
  • Excellent active listening and questioning abilities
  • Detail oriented with strong accuracy and documentation habits
  • Tech savvy and comfortable learning new systems
  • Customer service and consultative sales skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
